Osprey

Here are a couple of pictures of an Osprey eating a fish. An Osprey is one of the largest birds of prey in North America and its diet consits almost entirely of fish. 

Golden Topminnows

Here are some pictures of a couple of male golden topminnows (Fundulus chrysotus) that I collected a few days ago. In a few weeks they start taking on their spawning coloration. The golden body color will change to a bright green and the red spots will become much more prominent. They will stay that color for about 6 months or until the weather starts to cool off.
